Title: Dash Rendars "Outrider" WIP ***UPDATE 02/13/05***

OK, something to get started on since, as stated in another thread, I lost most of my stuff due to a bad cr+rw disc. :(

Anyway, been wanting to do this for awhile, decided now as good as ever. ;D Whatcha think? Stll needs some detailing, but she's only at 1500 polies so far, so room to add. ;)

Thats really cool! I remember Shadows of the Empire.... it was the only SW book I read, because it had so much of Vader and Palpatine in it.... true, Xixor was cool, but.... no one beats the ultimate villian (or if youre an English major, Darth Vader is actually an 'anithero').

Eventually, I want to do most of the ships in "The NEW Essential Guide To Vehicle and Vessels". ;) Like I've said before, I'm kinda Trek'd out. :P Star Wars is a logical alternative...more ref.'s. ;)

That's awesome. And check out some of the other designs there. They even have Luke Skywalker's wife's ships.

OK, a little more work...added the laser canons and bases, plus the ion drive exhaust vents and the ion "outlet". Polies at 4326.

Not to worry, Trek is my 1st love, I'll always go back to her...right now though, some of the other SF stuff is just more appealing. :P ;D Though I do feel a hint of returning Trek fever....... :D

Thanx!! ;D Yes, it's the final shape, though of course, I will tweak it as I go. You know how hard it is to get details meshed AND keep poly count reasonable. :P

Yep. But, as there seems to be many interpretations of the paint scheme and such, I'm gonna just do a basic map/texture job...others are better at details than I am. :P
