If you have a minute or two to spare today I could use your feedback. Thanks all.

Might want to link this to a specific thread toasty instead of a forum index. ;)

I agree, I always hesitate/refuse to click an unlabelled link.

That link is still unlabelled. (and cross posted) I figured out what it is by going to that forum and looking for a post by you. Once I saw the title, then I opened it. I'm not a fan of blind links like:
http://klfjghsdlkjh.dfgd.com <--- please click, I need info... (BAD)
This however is OK:
Check out the latest news item at http://www.cbc.ca , I think you'll find it interesting. (GOOD)
The difference is I at least have some idea what I'll see when I click on the second link.
What Chuut was suggesting is that you post your link thus:
Does this work as well for Firefox as it does for IE? (http://www.dynaverse.net/forum/index.php/topic,163353537.0.html)
That way the reader knows what they will see. Posted as just the link I was not sure if it would lead to some kink thread in hot&spicy or not... as it turns out it was a simple engineering post on a dang good topic! (Toasty0 is building a game matching page!)
Promote it for what it is, you'll get more feedback than with mystery links.

Oh! Du'oh!
I will try to do better...

Sorry, don't mean to be too picky... thanks for your contributions.
