Title: Starting a Dynaverse II server (SFC2, no OP)

I am interested in starting a dynaverse server for my friends and myself running SFC2.  However, just to be blunt, the documentation that comes with the server kit is woefully inadequate.  If any of you know what I need to do, I would really appreciate it!

Best rule of thumb: if you don't know what the setting does don't change it.

Ask particular questions here if you're not sure (DV shift settings, managing the unweildy AI...).
