I saw this at the liquor commission the other day and just could not leave it there considering it was five dollars less ($80 CAN) than I'd last seen it in Ontario and has been on the shelf two years... it was the last one there. (God bless the back woods..). I'm thinking I'll keep it another 2 years before drinking. Opinions? Suggestions? (762 - yours doesn't count... :P - j/k of course, all in good fun...).

Hoi Bonk,
I really think you should set it aside for my next visit. A float mission for shore; CB, P. Cove?
BTW did you compose the "our brothers" post after buying the necture?
Take care

I'll let you know when I'm going to open it, it'll be up to you to make it! :P ;D
Yeah, the "our brothers" post was after that lc run, after the quart of vodka... hehe...
some interesting posts, as predicted.

This thread Reminds me of something I saw earlier today...
Forbidden X Cigar in the Bottle cigar
(6 3/8" x 49), this cigar is sold in a special hermetically sealed bottle of Calvados apple cognac (the cigar come out of a bottom chamber in the bottle, and is not touched by the cognac). This limited edition puro is slightly subtler than the Opus X, with tobacco that is aged up to 10 years, and is finished by aging it in Calvados barrels. Note the special "Forbidden X" band. Despite sharing the same band, and the same "Forbidden X" moniker, the Cigar in the Bottle Forbidden X cigars and other black-banded Forbidden X cigars are different blends. "Forbidden X" is a new band, and a new broad moniker that applies to non-regular release Opus X cigars; the blend of various Forbidden X cigars may be different.
