Came up with this idea when I was installing Orion Pirates.
Storyline: The Federation's worst nightmare has manifested itself: a gang war is brewing and despite all policing efforts pirate cartels have declared war on each other.
Play as the Ferengi; Orion; Rakelli or TNG Pirates as you try to win full pirating rights to Federation shipping lanes from the other cartels.
This will be fairly easy to make since I already have been adding Pirate and Ferengi ships.
Going to need a modeler volunteer to do some kitbashing of the stock SFCIII pirate ships.
