It looks fantastic, there's no denying Atra's talent. Personally I would like to see some new Klingon designs, not just varients of the same old ship. But rest assured I will find a place in game for this one.

Ultimate D7?

Clearly as good or better than any I've seen. It will occupy an appropriate representation of one of the D series cruisers. How long I will have to stare at ShipEdit to figure that out, I don't know. However I expect an underappreciated feature will be the fact that you can field a fleet of them without loading the video down to a snapshot pace. That has to count for something, doesn't it?
