OpenMG is a copyright management for digital content platform technology that delivers connection across a range that covers online content services, consumer electronic devices and recording media. It uses Sony's proprietary ATRAC3 codec. You can use Sony's SonicStage to play these files.

I am not absolutely sure, but I believe that OGM is the format used by Ogg Vorbis.

Link to Ogg Vorbis General FAQ (http://www.vorbis.com/faq.psp)

Link to Ogg Vorbis entry on the Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vorbis)

If I am right then WinAMP 5 should play the OGM files.  Link to Winamp 5 download (http://www.tucows.com/preview/193563)

Hope this helps.
