When it was bought yes, the person that purchased it drank it on the day that it was purchased. Article just says its one of the most expensive bottles ever sold.

Funny, usually you do something stupid like blowing 32 grand on a wiskey bottle after you already drunk.

 :rofl: @ Pun's remarks. My greatest sin was blowing 2k in one week while on a partying spree, of course that included fine hotels and food, drink, etc... I also had my NEW boombox stolen by the Mexicans, but they do not know us Yanks so well, I went right back to the store and bought another one.  ;D
