Illegal subsidies from their govt.s or not, I'm happy for the workers who stand to benefit from this new plant, plus Mobile will get a shot in the arm economic wise.

Yeah. I think that they are putting the facility at old Brookley field- a WWII instalation that had a runway that was built to handle B-29 Superfortress and later upgraded to take B-36 Peacemaker. It's been sitting there eating up several square miles of Mobile for a few years now. Getting it back up and running will give Mobile a really big boost.

Not to mention the port facilities will earn more, those parts not made or bought in the U.S. will be shipped in to Mobile port!

LOL... Port of Mobile has needed enlarging for the last few DECADES. This will probably encourage them to do so- Brookley is close enough to the docks that a purpose-built railhead tying into the Docks would mean no real shippinf cost. Switching engines could move all the necessary cargo to and from the docks.
Yeah, Mobile is going to get a LOT of stuff out of this one.
