This is a second attempt to reach some of the great authors from Taldren who haven't yet shown up here.
Ambassador Solev
Mas Yelwoc
Heath
I wish to obtain your permission to post your stories on my site and give them a permanent home on the internet for all to enjoy, rather than have them languish in the shade of a CD burned to save space on my hard drive. If there is anyone out there who knows how I can get into contact with the current incarnations of these authors, or if you are out there yourself and see this, post here or drop me a line at my e-mail address. I would very much like to speak to you.

HI. Some of you may remember my SFB or SFC stories - there weren't many - or at least my Andromedan Godfather persona. I was bored so I wrote a little bit of fic.
-
Hi Andromeda, and welcome (back) to the club!
I'm afraid you were before my time on the Taldren boards, but maybe if you post your stories some of the longer-serving members here will remember you. We always look forward to new authors or the return of old ones!
-
Hell yeah, I remember your work Andromeda. Good stuff actually.

Wow, look what poking around in forgotten corners of the web can get you.
I used to go by the name Ambassador Solev, though that was sever incarnations ago. That name gave way to Capt Nev Iskoru, and eventually to Tolen Mar.
I haven't thought about my fan fic in some time.
Has it really been that long?
-
Solev! Wow, this is a blast from the past...
I used to go under the name Kieran Forester. I remember you, although you weren't around for long after I got started in fanfic. I still remember your stories fondly, though. Some of them still need finishing, ya know. ;)
-
Hehe...I did kind of leave things hanging there, didnt I?
-
Solev! Holy crap man! Good to see you again!
I guess I'd better ask your permission to have your stories up on my site now, hmm?
If you haven't already been there, go to my site at www.starbase23.net and take a poke around in the stories section (for starters). Lemmie know what you think.
-
Some of those stories really take me back.
Sure, if you like, put mine up there. I didn't write them just for them to languish on a shelf somewhere.
(Besides, once that's done, I can cut and paste...I kinda misplaced my copies of those stories...ahem, oops)
-
Guess Andromeda was before my time. Heck!
I still haven't seen or heard anything from Heath in the longest time. I used his story as a guidline for some of the characters for Through the Sunderbans - which still isn't finished, but I think I've just about worked out most of the details over the past two years... :o
Po~
-
Holy cow, I didn't know you guys were still alive... ;D
I've got about two-hundred-odd pages of "Galaxy in Flame", but I stopped posting anywhere because it's such a pain with the size-limits on most boards...
How much room do you get, here?
-
Hey Parislord, I remember your name! Welcome back. :D
I think the limit here on posting is 20,000 chars, but it's been a while since I've posted that much so I may be wrong.
-
Ahh you wouldn't happen to have a copy of my Alien stories? Its been years and atl least one computer change. I think I have those stories I wrote on 3.5 floppy somewhere but my new comp doesn't have a slot for it . . .
So does anyone remember me at all? :-\ <she says in a small voice>
-
I remember the little bit about how Romulans, if they took a Gorn ship, would find themselves being picked off, one by one, by the egg tender in the hidden birthing chamber.
So yeah, I remember you. ;D
-
Hi Alien, I remember you from the Fleet days on Mplayer. I even think I have your wedding picture somewhere.
RPG Jaeih t`Radaik, Empress of the Rihannsu, salutes you!
;D
