Title: SFC3 Klingon Starbase retexture

I forgot to backup original stock files, so there's no comparision pic like previous Fek'lhr retexture:p
You may notice the textures looked "unperfect" -- it was intended,
so that the starbase looked old, used, and more "klingon style".
