Title: Question related to EAW

I'm sure I saw a mission editor for EAW that was easier to use than the one included in the game.  Does anyone know where it can be found, and is it any good?

there is only one that i can think of.
 It was only good on mulitplayer missions in game spy if i rember corectly.
