Title: They're STILL following me!

So I'm starting the Klingon Conquest campaign on medium difficulty. This is a clean-install 1.01 patched game. I'm in my first mission fighting a Pirate Frigate with my BoP. I use cloak, but the AI IS STILL FOLLOWING ME! It is NOT a fluke. The battle lasted over twenty minutes, and several times I cloaked and made several random turns, and the damn ship followed me the whole time.

This is infuriating! The one issue about the game that bugged me the MOST, and it's still not fixed. WTF is up? I'm ready to get rid of this game!
