Use Firefox. There is a download link on our front page (http://www.dynaverse.net/) at the lower right.
I just started testing viewing some forum themes and the site in Internet Explorer and could not get over how bad the site looked and how slow it was. (I normally use Firefox, and have grown dependent on tabbed browsing)
Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Its an incredible difference. Really, I'm amazed at how badly IE handles the site. I'm going to work on making the site more IE friendly, but I still strongly reccomend using Firefox for the optimum browsing experience at Dynaverse.Net.
Dial-up users like me will probably notice the speed difference more, but it should be pretty noticable on high-speed too.
Overall, the site is much faster and much better looking in Firefox.

I agree 200%. I think once you get used to the Interface with Firefox, you will be happier then ever before.

Plus one Bonk for helping us out, I have to stick with IE cause Firefox will not let me view my Scottrade stuff, much less MTV Overdrive. They will get there one day though.

I don't think Firefox will ever support the quirks of the IE browser. It is up to the server in question to provide standardised content that any browser can read. If Scottrade and MTV are IE only sites then they hava a reason for it, likely either laziness or poor understanding of browser standards or agreements with MS. I'm pretty confident that Mozilla/Firefox will only ever support accepted web standards and not cave in to MS's attempt to highjack those standards.

Do the bewbies look better?

Do the bewbies look better?
Certainly!
I only use IE when I have to now....tabbed browsing makes things so much easier!

Been using Firefox for a real long time - quite happy. :)

You can have both setup and load the one you need at any time. Use IE where you need it or think it best and Firefox where Firefox is your choice.

I love firefox. I hate having to switch to IE for some stuff, now. Didn't IE try to add some kind of tabbed browsing? Seems like I read that somewhere (maybe it was part of a toolbar or something) but I'm totally sold on Firefox, so Microsoft has lost me on this one.

Next version of IE is supposed to have tabbed browsing but it won't run on their antique operating systems.

followed the link to the front page, couldnt find a firefox link tho... :))

Indeed it is, pals. I'm ditching IE for good and use ol' Foxy (nicknme for Firefox) instead.

Yes Firefox is excellent. Glad to see the Dynaverse.net site back up and running
