All i get is page cannot be displayed.

NSIS Installer update: http://www.dynaverse.net/downloads/sfc2_op/Mods/EconomicWar_Phase3_Gift3.exe
It does not require the previous updates but does require the original installer and can be installed over the previous updates.

Odd. It was working fine last night, and is working fine now.
There may have been a temporary outtage at my ftp provider.
