Cause the background music is just too damn annoying for me!!!!
I've been searching high and low for the answer.... Could someone please tell me how to turn off the background music in OP? I can't find an option for it in game, and there seems to be no exe. switch.
PLEASE HELP! The endless "Merrily Killing Each Other In A Hopeful Kinda Way" Theme is looping in my head.
Thank you.

ROFL... :D
Look in your OP sfc.ini file under [Sound].
These are my current settings:
[Sound]
voice=3
GlobalVolume=28
MusicVolume=18
VoiceVolume=78
MaxChannels=16
CollisionAlert=0
It can also be accessed in mission by clicking on the computer icon (i think it is) in the top left column of control icons (near the bottom) and adjusting the sliders to the desired levels. Which is the normal way to do it. (see image attached)

OH JEEZE! Thank You, thank you, THANK YOU!
I'd offer you thirty virgins, but I don't know any. ;)

At least now you wont be annoyed with the music :) .. I personally prefer the music(especially since it keeps thing going), but I can see where the stock music might get annoying ;)

I grow tired of it as well at times, replace it with real trek music occasionally...

I turn the music off and play my own.
It just seems fitting to play Dieselboy while fragging Klingons ;D
