Title: Just got a weird little email

Place where I used to rent apperently was/is getting  repossed, why Im getting told about it I dont know? as I have not lived there in a year. Ill get worried only if I get somthing in the mail about it, if it stays email then the hell with it.

They probably want to know how much rent you've paid.  They might be wondering if the landlord was collecting all rent due, why wasn't the mortgage and/or property taxes being paid?

Actually, a foreclosure would affect all of the leases.  They'd have to re-do them, or they might try to evict everyone if they planned something else.

If you're getting it now it probably means the property manager did an awful job at keeping the tenant information up-to-date.
