Title: When and how did Odo get his shapeshifting ability back?

I was just watching season 5 of DS9 and in one episode Odo is a solid and now he's a shapeshifter again. I am SURE there is an episode that explains that but I don't remember which one it is. Can someone refresh my memory? Thanks!
