Seeing this everytime I try to post on sfc2net:

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful.

File : smtp.php

Lead me to believe my post didn't go thru, so did it again, resulting in a duplicate post.
And, judging by the several double posts made, I'm not the only one.  ;)

That just means that the server failed to send a "Topic Reply noyification" e-mail for those that get them. Its a password mismatch from what I can tell.
If you ever get that, the post did go through,but it will show up as an unread post. Just go back to the index when you get that and you'll be fine :)

I've been everynow and then getting it on 9thfleet(seems to be fixed now on 9thfleet since I havent gotten it in several days).. seems the smtp password for sfc2.net needs to be updated to whatever its been updates to now on the smtp.

Yeah, the mail server has been down for a while.

Bonk was the one to deal with that, so I would guess that Frey could take care of the proiblem.

(I admin the forums, not the servers that the forums/mail server are on)
