Title: Edit Turn Rates?

Just getting back into the SFC games.  How does one edit the SFC3 turn rates?  THanks!

Another way to do this is to go into the .gf files, locate the one that has the engine systems, and increase the stats for the impulse engines.

This has the added affect of increading your overall speed as well.
