in sg-1 season 5 the episode with the asteroid did we see the doctor fraiser asking the general if he was going to evacuate the planet?
also why did the never build anything on the alpha site?, the small amount of human that are evacuated there is not enough and there not building and no material to build anything but wooden house there, so why don't the send what the need for the next time the need to evacuate the planet?, and transfer more people and the will need some farm animals and other since there maybe no animals on the alpha site.
but the must leave all polititian on the planet ;D

Yes. Frasier asked why Hammond wasn't on the list to go to the Beta Site. he said that there was going to be limited resources there so they had to limit the personnel sent to only those necessary or who would contribute the most. and he wasn't relieved of command of the SGC.
As for the second question, I am assuming that they had already built the Beta site and had a small staff to look after the place and keep it up. What all that entailed is left rather vague. I also know that they show the Beta site at least once before it gets infiltrated and blown up. I believe it was moved at least twice and eventually ends up in a mountain complex like the SGC. That is shown in season 9. Excuse me. Season 8.

In the episode with the
cloned asgard
they take an outsider to the alpha site and they have some of the
X series fighters which they take for a flight
. Also when facing the
replicator Sam
they do so at a significant complex at the Alpha site. Also the weapon to fight the
Anubis drones
has its power source developed there.
All told they do make some but not great use of the Alpha site.

That was in Season 8 as I recal as well.
In the earlier seasons they used the Alpha site for some research like the weapons to fight the Kell super soldiers. They also had a large contingent of Jaffa and some Tok'ra living there as well in times past. This was shown in Divide and Conquer and Death Knell. That was before they moved into the mountain complex.

but how come she's there since in the episode before she was shot and die, the did have funeral for her at the stargate?, so did the use the sarcophagus to revive her or did she never die in the first place?

It was probably just a mistake in airing episodes. Usually script writers don't collaborate on what they do. So when one writer kills off a major character (with the Actresses blessings), the one writing the next episode doesn't get the memo.
TNG got around that little problem by airing the episodes out of order. If you notice the ep right before "Skin of Evil" by the stardate, actually takes place AFTER Skin of Evil.

yea that a bitanoying, anyway it still a good series :)

Frasier wasn't killed off until Episode 18: Heroes (Part2) of season 7.
-
but in season 5 she was shot will saving a solder on another planet, a jaffa shot her and the protection jacket did not protect her and the have a funeral for her, so how come she die and still be alive?

I have Seasons 1 - 9 (Episode and cast list (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118480/epcast)) on DVD and have watched them sequentially. Frasier has one funeral in that time and it is in season 7 episodes Heroes: Part 1 Heroes: Part 2 where there is a documentary being filmed and the director wants to include the tape of Frasiers death in it. Jackson is needless to say reluctant to hand over the tape to someone who will use it only to sensationalize his film.

Dr. Janet Frasier was one of my favorite characters on the Stargate shows. I hated it when I heard the rumor she was going to die, but after watching Season 7, Episodes 17 and 18, I realized that sometimes a character dying on a show can be really, really good. The title of the two-part episode says everything that needs to be said about the character of Dr. Janet Frasier. (Yes, it was one of the few times a major character dies on a SF show and I begged for them not to bring her back. It was damn perfect).
So to recap, Doc Frasier dies in Season 7, not Season 5.
(shakes head and switches back to working on his script. There are just two days left until the big 'pitch' with the big guys now that the little guys like the script).
-
but she did get hit by a blast in season 5, so who's funeral was then if the doc was still alive?
-
i know why i taught it was season 5, its because the also show season 7 later in the day and i taught it was season 5 :D
-
Your right. for some reason I thought it was in part 2.
I guess I just placed the death in that ep because that is when they revealed who it was who died.
and I too have seasons 1-9 on DVD. makes looking these things up easier.
