Yeah I saw them going 16 and i was like... hah dont gotta worry about that.

Do they have the andro weapon on them?

No. They are rock cutting weapons... So dont get within 6.99k range and stay out of their front arc.

They have short range esg lances it looks like.
I totally forgot those asteroid bases had them.
