Once the copper is stolen, it is sold for between 26 cents and $10 a pound.

Someone needs to do their research before they write an article, copper never was 10 dollars a pound.

We've been having a huge crackdown on things like this here in Oklahoma. Esp. at the recycling centers. Actually I have alot and I mean alot of old aluminum window frames out here collecting dust, and I put off taking them in, because of this problem.

I read something about all the gold that has been thrown away from discarded PC parts. I need to look into how to Get the gold out of them things.
