Title: Custom ships in Campaigns SFC EAW

Does anyone know any way to get cutsomized ships into the single player campaign?  I've gone and edited the shiplist file, but it doesn't seem to quite do it (maybe I'm not getting the availability years right, or something else).  I figure I could edit an existing ship, but it's not like I want to have 8 million custom, supposedly one-off ships running around.

There's a program called Shipedit, and it has a version for EAW. It is very useful, and makes editing lots easier. By just editing the shiplist file with Excel, some things can go wrong, like weapons hardpoints (I've screwed those up a lot lol). But Shipedit is safe and easy. Everything you want to edit in ships, it can probably do.

Yup.  I just got it figured out.  There are two of them, one for the general game and another for the campaign it seems.  Had to change both before I could get my ship everywhere.
