This is the mission section of stock federation conquest mct file in sfc3 campaigns:

It lists 10 missions for the campaign, but only five are available in sfc3 installation:
Scan, DistressCall, SurpriseR, Casino, Monster.
There are five missions missing, does any one know where I can get them?
Delivery, Escort, Derelict, Rescue, Sunmission.

I'm thinking the txt file was made before the mission was actually in the game. Remember, SFC III was rushed onto the shelves. The missions may have had bugs that could not be worked out and it was decided to simply leave them out.
There are other missions that you could replace them with.
There's a good escort mission available, as well as a convoy raid mission.
I haven't checked but a good place to look for them would be Battle Clinic.
If they are not there I could upload them there for you.

Thank you. I have elkarnak and Pelican's SFC3 Missions and had acquired their permission to use them in my mod. Do you have NuclearWessels' SFC3 missions? I asked him before but even himself doesn't have these missions anymore. So it would be grateful if you still have them. :)

Make sure the scripts are in the 'Assets' > 'Scripts' folder.
Then ensure you have listed the Scripts in > Scripts > campaigns files,
e.g. BORG CUSTOM

The name in the list must match exact name in the scripts folder.
If you start a new game using the same install then delete the 'AllScripts' and 'CampaignScripts' in the scripts folder or the game gets confused.
