Title: 2008 ESPN FFL Dynaverse League
Post by: IndyShark on July 20, 2008, 04:29:43 pm: It's that time again! We are recruiting teams for this year's league and have 3 teams coming back again for another year. The league is recruiting 7 teams to fill out the league and all are welcome. It's fun, free and I am happy to give you advice on how to play. I hope you will consider joining the league again this year.

We have some new rules
Bonus points for great games
5 teams make the playoffs (2 play in a wildcard round)
The superbowl is week 16 to avoid have all of your players sitting on the bench.

Suggestions are welcome. I could even expand the league to 12 teams if there is enough interest.

Post by: GE-Raven on August 12, 2008, 08:28:04 am: Well that would be up to the league owner... I know I personally HATED yahoo. ESPN had bumps their first year, but since I have LOVED the customizing options they allow, as CBS and Yahoo have been "our way or the highway" for free leagues.

Dunno just my $.02

I would guess that if we went Yahoo we would lose my wife, who wouldn't be apt to sign up in another league as she has only done ESPN.

Post by: Dracho on August 12, 2008, 09:40:13 am: Only problem I have with ESPN is that their draft client sucks. if you don't use the Web interface, it'll time out on you and you're screwed out of 3 manual picks by the time you realize you've timed out.
