I finally found my old copy of SFC 3. I used to play the Dominion War mod. What mod should I DL now to play online and to give me the ships I would like.

That really depends on what kind of ships you want. My advice would be to download some of the mods and try them out.

If you want extreme difficulty Legions at War if you want lots of ships and a freeforall Alteranate B. There are lots out there.
