paintshop pro or some other screenshot maker   :(  I use psp7 and sfced/m6 viewer to take pics of my models made from gmax. The gmax ui isnt the best for showing off the mesh if the pic is taken direct from it.

Well if nothing is provided internally a good old PRTSC or ALT-PRTSC and paste into the image editor of your choice to crop should work.

Sorry, I have never used GMax, but I use a screen capture tool called GRAFFIX. It is a very small exe that is like a clipboard - press the [print screen] key and the program saves exactly what was on the screen at the time. The picture can then be exported as a jpeg, bmp, or gif.

This site seemed to be the only site that had it

The file is 'GRAFX420.ZIP'.

Too late, Kreeargh and Bonk beat me too it.  :)

I just hit the print screen button to load an image of the current screen into the clipboard. Then I open any graphic/picture program (to include the one that comes with windows). Next I open a new file and set the size to your screen resolution. Then hit "ctl+v" to paste in the image from the clipboard and BAM! I have a perfect screen shot without installing anything else on my gonkulator.

Hope this helped.
