Not having a chance to really speak it in years, I can't firgure out everything, but it's a sort of recruitment for the Klingon service...

It really is a challenging language, where a different emphsis on a sylable can change the meaning of a word.

Let's face it, Roddenberry always intended that the Klingon's be seen as a proxie for the CCCP, just like he saw the Gorn as a proxie for femine beauty and grace.   :crazy2:

The dear leader does not need to travel to Qo'nos.  His awesome presence is so powerful that it can be felt anywhere in the known universe.  A double rainbow probably appeared in the Klingon skies at the hour of his birth also.
