i just thought i would share these with you. i love them and think some of you will appreciate them so here it goes.

first up is my new start button orb. yes i love skulls and skull themes, so here is my desktop with the orb and the background i made

next to go with my red theme is found this neat little mod

the two programs needed are:

Taskmgr_Replacer_v1.2
 and
Win_7_Start_Button_Changer_2_0_by_Kishan_Bagaria

to make the task manager color change permanent (i.e. make it stay the different color even after closing it) you have to go into the system32 folder and take ownership of the taskmgr.exe then replace it with the color taskmgr.exe that you want.

there are some guides out there, and there is a readme.txt with the downloads. but mostly it is really easy to do. if you need help, pm me your questions

found it on the windows 7 forums got a skull one that changes color as u hover mouse over it.  in either this thread or another one had it in it.

its the standard one u get for vista from microsoft gadget site.
