amazing! i was particularly pleased that the school and police took a relatively passive approach. since he did not intentional cause damage they are going to handle the matter internally. i think it should be that way for all hacking cases frankly. if you hack a system and get caught, someone who defaces and causes chaos should be more strictly punished than someone who just looked around and got nosey...

The law was set up - hack is a hack no diffrence than murder / knife or gun same result. Minors though should get a break!
