Title: Very Sad News
Post by: Corbomite on May 11, 2010, 07:55:58 am
Frank Frazetta has died  :'(    I cut my fantasy teeth on the reissue Conan books with his covers. I have over fifty posters of his work and even started fantasy gaming because of it. He even learned to paint again after having his stroke. Watching Fire and Ice is like watching one of his paintings move. Sigh, I'm not that old, but it is sad when part of your childhood dies.  :(

Sorry to say NO it wont stop. The God how ever he ,she, it  is looked at seems to prevent some from knowing and seeing the future. Some may say thats bad, lack of new and cool but others would say its good and those that do  go/pass  at our suprise are not to have to deal with futures bullcrap. Like my grandfather seeing obama win that was just not for his generation to fight for this country and have the likes of that guy remove the reasons he fought to begin with.  Something is about to happen thats real bad i think. Death is just a release of lifes bull its not a - thing.  Rest in peace. Dennis

for me who follows the native american shaman tradition, death is simply a transition to the next. even tho i know in my heart that we rejoin the "one" upon our physical bodies death, it is still difficult for me to see so many of my heroes die.
