Title: What is "Rod Oneal"'s mod?

First off, please forgive me because this probably truly is something that everyone here knows - the modder in question is very active.  I have been unable to answer the question using the forum search tool or google anyway.

Found a thread here (http://www.dynaverse.net/forum/index.php/topic,163201549.0.html) that might very much help my fighter work.  Does anyone know what mod they're talking about?

I think rod was the guy who figured out how to have fighters on PF races and vice versa. I never figured out how he actually did so, I know Diehard is a huge OP shiplist editor. Most of the other guys on here could probably shed some light on it.

I believe it is still on Battleclinic.  "Fighters and PF's."
