The King and Queen of Norway visited Duluth today to re-dedicate Enger Tower. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enger_Tower (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enger_Tower) The local paper had this for the political cartoon.

I love Duluth...it is a wonderful and pretty area...and I got Deb to get in the water along the north shore...she made it to her ankles..and it was August...

Now, if they would just finish the boat in the park...but those flowers are great...

There is a project in the works to restore the viking ship again. This time it will be sheltered from the weather and graffiti. If you can find sheltered water the water temperature can get into the lower 70's.

How ever...people should make the trip to the west to Darwin, and visit the ball of twine...some don't believe me, but I've been there...and down to New Ulm to see Herman...
