It was the mobile aspect that did it.  Right now I'm posting from the train on the way to work.  I may also be able to use it at work without all the blocking of websites on the company computers.

At work now but my (shared) main office is too deep inside the building to reliably connect so I have to use it from an adjacent lab that I also use with "better" reception but it still comes and goes.  Strangely enough I was able to connect from the office before the others arrived and production started so I think some nearby machinery is jamming it.
