As the title says, is the SFC2:CE still available for download or purchase?

I have tried to buy it from the market several times but the transaction never goes through. I do not seem to be able to log in. I have tried resetting my password, but authentication always fails even with the random password that is sent to my email.
I've tried paying with paypal as well, but I always get sent back to the market page where it says 'An error occured' :(
Would love to pick this up since I've never been able to get SFC to run since Windows XP
