Title: Whats the Deal???

I downloaded the SFCIII guide for modeling ships and then putting them in the game(SFC III ModelTools)...i had 2 models for ships i wanted in the game, so i went into the section labeled "adding your ship to the game"....and well...it was totally blank except for "get notes from mark"....what happened?????
