In Chris jones Page, I saw a pic that showed starfleet men flying through space when an explosions occured, i dl most of the stuff, but i couln,t find that fx5.bmp file, can anyone email it to me or post a link please

I checked Chris's site to see what you were referring to . Cool effect.
If the fx5 texture does that it, would follow that a snip from Klingon splat
should work in its place. Worth a try anyway.

NP. The screen shot did say fx5 textures. To look at it you would think it was for space dust and not ship debris. Try asking Chris. He's pretty good about sharing info. Happy hunting.

I think he modified the break models, not sure.  You could add your own custom flying people in that way lol

click on this, then right click and save as fx5.bmp

This file takes the place of a small asteroid.

The FX5.bmp is the small asteroids you see around the larger ones in SFC. Chris mentioned while working on the now abandoned Exodus mod that it'd be cool to have bodies floating around ships in place of the asteroid models. I just rendered the G-man from Half Life and painted on a Starfleet uniform and viola - instant corpses.
