Title: Please Help on a Klingon Mission

Hi All

New to SFC3 and i love it but im stuck on a very early mission for the Klingons where you have to try & recapture a base and a freighter that start attacking you on approach.  Ive managed to capture the freighter but no matter how close to the base i get, it wont let me transport any troops across once ive got the shields down (i got 0.1 away from it !!!).  Destroying the base doesnt appear to be an option as they seem to get really upset about that.

Any clues would be greatly appreciated as i want to get on with more missions.

do you have marines?

Make sure you are not performing erratic maneuvers. I was playing this mission just awhile ago and was like "c'mon guys, it's not going to scramble up your molecules or anything."

Ahh nice one.  I think it may well have been erratic manouvers cos i had that on while trying to down the shields.
