Title: Reclamation (OP) Has Working Chat; You're Invited

Thanks to FireSoul and others, Reclamation now has working chat. Castrin is working on getting our own chat server going so we don't have to live off of FS's charity forever, but it is working as I write this.

Also, we're looking for more players. If you have OP 2.5.3.8, the OP Plus Shiplist v2.0, and Evil Dave's OP Mission Pack, drop by and kick some butt. So far, we've only had minor downtime and no resets. To this point, the Lyrans are doing the best in player numbers and hexes taken, though nobody has scored a VC yet.

Lack of chat was drivin me nuts (not that it's a long trip )

I was quite surprised to see the compatible IRCd (Unreal IRCd) had a win32 version. Now admins can run their own servers right on the same boxes as the D2 server itself. One less dependance on GS.
