If you are like me, you spend a lot of time tweeking your refits trying to come up with that ultimate config that best fits they way you do battle.
So much time, that you hate the idea of losing your refits.
Below is the file you need to backup, copy to a diskette, or however you feel like keeping this file safe so that if you ever have to reinstall the game, or reinstall your entire system, you can put this file back and have all your refits that you worked so hard on.
The file is:
Quote:
C:\Program Files\Activision\Sfc3\Assets\Specs\CustomLoadOut.txt
It is a small file, and would easily fit on a diskette, or email it to yourself occasionally for safe keeping.

Yep, I learned about this one the hard way.
Fortunately, the file is not deleted when you simply uninstall the game. A minor help.
