Title: New ATI driver Cat 3.4

If you have an ATI card and didn't notice, there is a new driver and control panel available.
I wasn't experiencing any probs with the 3.2 driver, but updated anyway. The brightness, contrast
and color balance appear to be much improved. Looks like I washed my monitor
