Man With Gun Threatens To Kill Others, Self If More Sims Expansions Made
Tom Jesperson, a 32 year old Oakland California resident, has barricaded himself in a local EB Games retail store and threatened to start a wanton shooting spree if "so much as one more expansion for The Sims gets made". According to police, Jesperson entered the store last night at 8:00 PM and noticed the latest Sim expansion, "Makin' Magic" prominently displayed on the shelves and quite simply lost his mind. "They're all the same frikkin' game!" Jesperson screamed at terrified shoppers while waving his firearm in the air "Don't you see that? What's wrong with you people?"

Jesperson has also hinted that he's thinking seriously about putting a bullet in the EB Games' store manager's brain if he says "They make games for Mac?" one more time.

I have threatened to do the same the day I see "Mensa for Dummies" on sale at the local bookstore. (Except for the killing myself part)

Maxis shelved Sim Mars (A game that I was very much looking forward to being a former fan of Outpost.) to make the Sims and it's 6,000 expansions. Couldn't they have reduced it to 3,000 expansions and finished Sim Mars instead?
