First, I'll say, "I agree."


It's good to see that aside from the comedy inherent in last night's massive online confab on MSN Messenger, we have this fine peition to show for our efforts as well. I missed Law & Oder: Criminal Intent, so I better have something to show for it.  I hope someone can make this thread a sticky so it never goes away and we can always point to those who were signatory if/when things get out of hand again.  Thanks to all who took part last night and are signatory here now.  I hope we have managed to increase the peace and the level of understanding in this community.  I also hope we will stomp mercilessly on any personal attacks and character assassinations in the future.  There's no place for that here.


I'm glad that it appears the Dizzy/Karnak/TraceyG/SFC2.NET saga may be over and done with.  I'll feel more comfortable sticking around if this continues to be the case.  After all, we're here to have fun, not be subjected to bad feelings and additional negative stress.


In closing, I must again point out to my pet Hooch that I (and no doubt, Toten and Gow) couldn't care less what a hairless, flatheaded monkey like yourself thinks about us, or anything for that matter.  Your hatred of Klingons is amusing, perhaps even cute, in a way, but not the slightest bit troubling to us.

That being said I'll now be spending more time on GFL forums than Taldren, instead of the reverse.  It seems to work out better for me and I was only GFLer regular around here for quite some time. I hope that's not being too honest for comfort and no offence is intended to any party whether they be known or unknown to me at this time.

I have read Chutt's statement.

I agree that direct personal attacks / flames have no place in this community, and also would like to see them restricted / finished with.

However, I select to express my displeasure with a prompt and silent dismissal.  I feel that cases like that are feeding a troll, (albeit sometimes a temporary one), and as such, I refrain from feeding him...

Oh, I would like to see the continuance of general RP related flaming.  Otherwise we wouldn't be able to keep up our fine recruiting threads...

I sign this petition knowing it is for the good of the many, not of the few, or the one.  Except of course that we are one.... now anyway.

Now let us (the GDA) get back to the business of Kingmaking.  We will offer night and weekend classes soon to those underpriviledged misguided souls curious to feel the heat of plasma, followed by the quick chill of space. MUAHAHAHAAA
